You will undergo yoga practices that ancient yogis undertook on their path to self-discovery and which are mentioned in the yoga sutras of Patanjali. Yoga anatomy

You will learn anatomy and physiology relevant to yoga in order to strengthen the classroom explanations, cues, and corrections of asanas. The class will cover digestives system, skeletal system, respiratory system, cardiovascular system, muscular system, anatomical names of the body, planes of the body, major joints of the body, anatomical terms of movements, yoga asana alignment based on applied anatomy.

Yoga philosophy

This class will focus on introducing you to the basic philosophy, concepts, and history of yoga. It will cover the various traditional philosophies and viewpoints, insights from modern research, and ways in which the essence of this holistic life-view can be integrated into a modern lifestyle.

Meditation Courses Daily Schedule


Wake Up

5:45 AM

Wake up early morning to feel the natural air for good start of the day. Start your day with Nitya Vandana (daily worship), Mantra Chanting and Silent meditation.


Herbal Tea

6:00 AM

Made by natural herbs, tea that will help you to do asanas practices. An Ayurvedic tea with zero caffeine that starts your digestion system properly.


6:15 AM – 6:30 AM

Body cleansing (Shatkarma) is the must for all before pranayama class. Following shatkarma is a preparation of great yogic life.



6:30 AM – 7:00 AM

Pranayamas (Breathing Techniques) are developed by ancient Indian yogis. Pranayamas are used to control, develop and modify the great Prana Shakti (Energy).

Yoga Asanas Class

7:00 AM – 8:45 AM

Yoga poses (asanas) and stretches are optimal techniques to wake the body parts. Doing asanas, you will find some of the parts are commodious than before.



9:00 AM

Breakfast, the first satvic (pious) meal of the day will help you get energy for the entire yogic day. Breakfast mostly includes fruits, juices, porridge, bread etc.

Yoga Anatomy & Physiology

9:30 AM- 10:30 AM

Theory class on yoga Anatomy and Physiology will deepen your knowledge in those inner parts which can not be seen by unaided eyes.


Meditation & Mantra Chanting

10:45 AM – 12:00 PM

Meditation is good to induce the mode of consciousness, internal energy and life force. Mantra chanting will help you in concentration.


12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

The hygienic and satvic food in the midday time will give you the energy for the 2nd half of the day. Lunch can't be ignored. Avoiding it can blur your concentration in theory classes.


Self Study

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Revision of completed chapters and preparing for the next, self-study is independent study. Students make syllabus notes and note their doubts for group discussion.

Yoga Philosophy

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Theory class on Yogic Philosophy - the matters what we see, are they really are as we see. This class is all about the existence of elements.


Yoga Asana Teaching Methodology, Alignment & Correction class

4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

A class on "how to become a professional yoga teacher?". This class will enhance your self-confidence, alignment and adjustment knowledge.


7:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Dinner is well-planned food from the school to feed your mind. Yogic Dinner will help you to sleep properly, reduce depression and tension.


Gates Closed & Lights off

10:00 PM

Now, it is the time for a nice sleep and saying bye to the day. Students should remind good things to get a better start next morning.
